# Module 4 — response to independent AI pre-review
Edition M4-20261106-R2. This response describes corrections; measured results belong to the exact-commit evidence record linked on the review page.

| Finding | Correction and verification location |
|---|---|
| F1 Major | Recovered the actual 2430dea hosted artifact; corrected BUILD-HISTORY. Public post-deployment evidence is keyed by candidate SHA on a separate evidence branch. Review the matching record, not historical counts. |
| F2 | Irregular reproducible 7 A / 6 B / 7 C key; revised weak distractors and reduced length cues. Re-audit all keys in assessment-key.json. |
| F3 | Lesson 4.8 now narrates original-data retention, locations and integrity safeguards. Workbook activity 8 and CSV require retention schedule/owner/location. Chapter 4 §§4.10 and 4.12 cited; no universal retention years. |
| F4 | Display notation normalizes 40.0 °C, 40.4 °C, +0.4 °C and 90%, while synthesis uses readable spoken forms. |
| F5 | Cue target 14.5 characters/second, tested ceiling 14.51 including rounding; phrase-boundary penalties protect technical phrases including accessible features. Rebuild audio, video and all captions together. Human listening remains necessary. |
| F6 | Restored scene-specific relational descriptions for all 40 scenes. The 37 conceptual maps now display their relationship sentence; the three specialized diagrams are preserved. Check each image against narration and description. |
| F7 | Lesson 4.9 and Q20 explicitly separate Annex 15 §2.10 from the practical dry-OQ teaching recommendation. |
| F8 | PINPOINT-VERIFICATION links official documents, pages, clauses and checked paraphrases. |

Optional advanced uncertainty example was not added: the introductory arithmetic example already reserves uncertainty and the approved decision rule; this is not a metrology course.

Human audiovisual acceptance, physical devices, screen reader/zoom, rights/privacy acceptance, independent GMP consultant sign-off and explicit owner production authorization remain open. Module 3 approval does not extend to Module 4.
